The farm is supplied with eskom electricity and feeds to the main house of the farm, some of the farm tools, borehole pumps and coldrooms.

The farm house is well built with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, Kitchen, TV-Room and a Living Room. Most of the house is tiled with slate tiles. The kitchen is relatively modern with an open plan setting and built-in cupboards.
