Improvements consist of Two dams, 1 trough, a very good bore with solar powered submersible pump. Sheds may not be pretty but are very strong and functional, approximate dimensions are 30 x 15m, 18 x 10m, 18 x 6m and 6 x 5m plus there is a 18m x 12m shed frame with 4 x 12m trusses included, four seed silo's and a number of rain water tanks.
